Refund Policy for Williamson Best Garage Doors

At Williamson Best Garage Doors, we strive for excellence in providing garage door services and products. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have outlined our refund and return policy as follows:
Return Policy:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Custom-ordered Garage Doors or Openers cannot be returned or replaced once installed. Stock items, not custom orders, can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are only eligible for partial refunds.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
- Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not applicable for Garage Doors and Openers once installed or delivered.
- Garage Door Openers purchased with self-pickup can be exchanged if returned in unopened packaging. A minimum shipping cost of $50 to $100 applies for delivered items, depending on the location.
Gifts:
- If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon returning the item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
